MSM are Nick (previously half of Mock & Toof) and Filippo. The pair met in 2012 when Filippo sent music to Nick to be signed to his newly born Teng imprint. Since then they worked together developing the label, releasing the likes of Neville Watson, Paul Mac, Nubian Mindz, Craig Smith and of course Nick's solo project Akra.

From 2014 they started making music together and begin a new project called Metropolitan Soul Museum or MSM. In 2015 they self released their first record under the MSM001 cat number with Hivern Discs' Round on remix duties before signing to Toy Tonics. Their Tesla EP featured a remix from Tuff City Kids and has picked up supports form the likes of Roman Fluegel, Tom Trago, Lo Shea, Detroit Swindle, Bwana, Bosconi Records, Chaos In The CBD and more.

They are now lined up to release a record on Rawax and a track for a VA on Vancouver's Normals Welcome. What they do in the studio they also do live on stage playing live and freeform with analogue drum machines , maschine, keyboards and a laptop.
