Denis Safiullin startet djing in 2007. But for the russian born artist it was not enough to just be a DJ, so he started producing shortly after his first contact with records. To gain more knowledge in producing he participated in the local russian Red Bull Music Academy in 2011.

In the same year he sent some promos of him to Robert Drewek. Robert was so facinated by the material he sent to him that he founded the today well known label RAWAX. The first EP on RAWAX called „Untitelt Dubs“ and his following works „Seven EP“ and „Raw Siberia EP“ became a huge success.

Unfortunately Denis was not allowed to leave russia at that because he refused to go to russian military. Therefore his passport was taken away by the goverment.

But Denis never gave up and continued making music on RAWAX like the „Kosmos EP“ and the „Deep Frozen Soil EP“. After playing a lot in russia over the past years he finally can leave the country now to bring his music into the hearts of music lovers all over the world.
